Austin Ray McBride, 23, of Weissport, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks with disorderly conduct after an incident at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 15 in the area of 222 White St., Weissport.

Police said they issued the citation after responding to a report that McBride was banging on the door and yelling loudly at the residence of a, 47-year-old Weissport woman.

Elsewhere, police said they were summoned to Jonas Road, about two miles east of scenic drive in Polk Township, at 10:39 a.m. Dec. 6 for a report of trespassing by motor vehicle.

Police said a 72-year-old woman from the township reported a 50-year-old man from Merchantville, New Jersey, parked his vehicle on her property without having authorization to do so.

Police also reported they were summoned at 2:23 p.m. Dec. 21 to the 100 block of Couch Court, Ross Township, to investigate an incident involving a custody situation.

Police said a 26-year-old man from the township violated the terms of the child custody agreement involving the victim, a 30-year-old woman from Stroudsburg, and their child.
