Public drunkenness: Steven Swartz, 28, Palmerton, was charged with public drunkenness, for an incident July 4 in the 1200 block of Third Street.Maximum gross weight: Adrian Demera-Encarnacio, 28, Union City, New Jersey, was charged for maximum gross weight, for an incident June 30 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Fernelli Navarro, 32, Patterson, New Jersey, was charged for maximum gross weight, for an incident July 5 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations: Police also issued three citations for speeding, and one for traffic violation.
