Betty Silliman is recognized by the Lions Club as a Melvin Jones Fellow. The Melvin Jones Fellowship, the backbone of the Lions Club International Foundation, recognizes donations of $1,000 and recognizes humanitarian work. As a Melvin Jones Fellows, Betty received an attractive lapel pin, a plaque and a congratulatory letter. Betty helps at nearly all club events, donates items, favors and bakes.
