Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin admitted these people, charged by local police, into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. All must pay court costs and fees in addition to abiding by the terms of the program. If they successfully complete ARD, their records may be expunged.

Joleen Price, 20, of Mahanoy City: Charged by Rush Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property on July 8, 2015.Baldwin admitted her into the program for 12 months, and ordered her to perform 10 hours of community service. Price must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.Leslie Rivera, 22, of Hazleton: Charged by McAdoo police with possession of drug paraphernalia on June 24, 2015.Baldwin admitted her into the program for 12 months, and ordered her to perform 10 hours of community service. Rivera must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.Joseph Rolenaitis, 22, of Middleport: Charged by Tamaqua police with resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 21, 2015.Baldwin admitted him into the program for 12 months, and ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service. Rolenaitis must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.Joyce Schwartz, 54, of McAdoo: Charged by Rush Township police with conspiracy and receiving stolen property on July 26, 2015.Baldwin admitted her into the program for 12 months, and ordered her to perform 10 hours of community service. Schwartz must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program, and pay $187.73 in restitution to Walmart.William Wenzel, 54, of Nesquehoning: Charged by McAdoo police with theft by unlawful taking on May 1, 2014.Baldwin admitted him into the program for 12 months, and ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service. Wenzel must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.Michael Yates, 34, of Freeland: Charged by McAdoo police with receiving stolen property and bad checks on Nov. 28, 2014.Baldwin admitted him into the program for 12 months, and ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service. Yates must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.Cindy Lopez, 33, of Lansford: Charged by Rush Township police with theft by unlawful taking on May 1, 2014.Baldwin admitted her into the program for 12 months, and ordered her to perform 10 hours of community service. Lopez must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program, and pay $386.42 in restitution to Croll's Oil.Steven Ackerman, 44, of Jim Thorpe: Charged by Rush Township police with altered/forged documents on July 5, 2015.Baldwin admitted him into the program for 12 months, and ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service. Ackerman must pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.
