September 26, 1986 - Tom Butterworth throws two touchdown passes and also runs for a score to lead Tamaqua to a 26-0 victory over Danville. Butterworth connects with Lee Leibensberger for a 42-yard strike to open the scoring and later hooks up with Brian DeLay on a six-yard TD toss. The Blue Raiders, coached by Tom Bonner, receive touchdown runs of 25 yards by Ron Hill and three yards by John Woodring. Hill finishes with a team-high 91 rushing yards and contributed two sacks on defense.
