A Stroudsburg woman was killed Friday in a two-car crash on Route 115 in Chestnuthill Township.

Mae Ellen Hagerty, 66, attempted to turn left from Route 115 onto Gilbert Road at about 3:15 p.m.A car driven by Marybeth A. Maresca, 60, of Effort was southbound on Route 115, and struck Hagerty's carHagerty was flown to St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem, where she was pronounced dead at 1:36 a.m. Saturday.State police at Fern Ridge said Hagerty was not wearing a seat belt; Maresca was wearing a seat belt.Police expect to release more information after they finish investigating the crash.
