Water collects in the roadway in downtown Jim Thorpe during Wednesday afternoon. Although we had a downpour, it didn't help the drought watch situation. The NationalWeather Service says only 0.13 inch fell at the measuring station at the Lehigh ValleyAirport. There's a chance of some more showers and thunderstorms later today.
