Brian Lee Filer, 46, of 4 Cherry St., pleaded to possession of a controlled substance, misbranding a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphenalia, and was sentenced to serve one to two years in a state correctional facility, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA) fund, and make restitution of $176 to Bethlehem Regional Lab.
