Burglaries probed by Lehighton PSP

State police at Lehighton reported on burglaries and theft incidents probed by troopers.

The residence of Susan Ann, 51, and Jerry Lee Binder, 53, of 8655 Interchange Rd., Lehighton, Towamensing Township, Carbon County, was entered sometime between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 30. Entry was gained through a patio door. Taken in the entry was jewelry and various long guns, troopers said.The residence of Jeff Wentz, 50, of 704 N. Harrity Rd., Palmerton, was entered and removed was several pieces of jewlery and a small amount of cash. Entry was made sometime between 6 and 11 p.m. on May 25.Lori Ann Williams, 49, of 128 White Oak Drive, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, reported her unlocked vehicle was entered while parked at her residence sometime between Wednesday, May 29, at 9:30 p.m. and 6:45 a.m. on Thursday.Removed from the car was a white, red and blue coach purse, credit cards, and a breast cancer awareness gym bag.Robert J. Roberts, 148 Cindy Lane, and Jean Guellnitz, of 307 Dana Drive, both Saylorsburg, Ross Township, Monroe County, reported multiple solar lights and solar lawn items stolen from their properties. The thefts occurred sometime between 10 p.m. and midnight on May 26.Anyone with information concerning any of these incidents is asked to call troopers at 610-377-4270.
