Two Tamaqua residents were among 30 who were qualified to be entered into the Schuylkill County Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program, which is reseved for first offenders charged with non-violent crimes.

They were admitted into the program by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine at a hearing held recently. All were placed for a year.Elizabeth M.
