Contractors have started to tear down the tall silo at the St. Luke's Hospital in Coaldale. One contractor added that it hasn't been used in years. To prevent damage below, contractors have to take it apart one brick at a time. In addition, they also placed mattresses on top of the roof of the buildings below.
