Hazleton Squadron 203 of the Civil Air Patrol recently announced cadet promotions, and change of command of the cadet program.

Cadet 1st Lt. Jean Marie Weitz, (Wilkes-Barre), accepted command of the Cadet Program from Cadet 2nd Lt. Taylor Scott (Hazleton), at the Jan. 10 meeting. In addition, cadets earning promotions include Colby Moyer of Palmerton, Nathaniel Starrett of Palmerton and Brandon Heim, of Schuylkill Valley. Pictured are (l-r) Cadet 2Lt.
