Approximately $125 worth of damages resulted when someone used an ATV to run over two bushes on a Towamensing Township property on Jan. 1, state police at the Lehighton barracks said.

The victim is Suzanna Vaughn, 77, of 145 Vaughn Acres Lane in the township.Police said at an unknown time, someone arrived at the above location on the ATV and proceeded to drive over two of the victim's burning bushes before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.
