Seven defendants were found to have violated their probations or parole after a hearing in Schuylkill County court this week. They were:

Suzanne Elizabeth Reber, 28, of 288 Wood St., Cumbola, Blyhthe Township, had her probation revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and was re-sentenced to serve four to 18 months in the county prison with credit for serving 81 days. Reber pleaded guilty in December 2010 to a charge of retail theft from Walmart Store in Saint Clair and was placed on probation for 30 months.Kyle Lloyd Frantz, 22, Pottsville, had his probation revoked by Baldwin and he was re-sentenced to serve nine to 23 months in the county prison and received credit for serving 64 days. Frantz had pleaded guilty in December 2010 to a charge of retail theft from Walmart Store in Saint Clair and was placed on probation for 24 months.Victoria Anne Jago, 30, Ashland, was removed from the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) by Baldwin and was re-sentenced on a charge of recklessly endangering another person by discharging a shotgun inside a residence to serve six to 23 months in the county prison and on a second count of recklessly endangering another person serve an additional 12 months on probation. Jago pleaded guilty in January 2011 to the charges and was placed on probation for 23 months. This was her second revocation as she was placed on probation again after the first revocation.Edwin Michael Pauly, 49, Pottsville, had his probation revoked by Baldwin and he was re-sentenced on a charge of retail theft for not less than time served nor more than 15 months in the county prison. He served 21 days. Pauly was placed in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program but violated the terms and was removed from the program. He was charged with retail theft from BG's Market, located along the Pottsville-Minersville Highway.Christopher M. Romberger, 23, Tower City, had his parole revoked by Baldwin and his 476 days of liberty was disallowed and added to his maximum sentence. He was re-committed to the county prison to serve his maximum sentence.Romberger was found guilty by a jury of unlawful communication and corruption of a minor and after serving six months in prison was released on parole.Ekaterina S. Gurova, 19, Scranton, had her parole revoked by Baldwin who told the defendant the court will consider an application for re-parole once the defendant has an approved address. Gurova pleaded guilty last February to simple assault of her boyfriend following an argument at Saint Catherine's Emergency Room, Ashland, and was placed on parole.Ashley N. Mabry, 26, Pottsville, had her parole revoked by Baldwin and her 292 days of liberty disallowed and she was committed to the county prison to serve out her sentence. Mabry pleaded guilty in May 2011 and after serving 23 days in the county prison was released on parole. She was charged with burglary of drugs from a private home.
