State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following arrest made by troopers.

Michael James Koert, 54, of Stroudsburg, was cited following an incident that occurred along Reeders Run at Mountain View Drive, in Jackson Township, about 4:19 p.m. on May 6. Troopers said Koert allegedly threatened Robin Kolessar, 29, of Stroudsburg, as she drove by in her Ford Explorer. Troopers said Koert apparently believed Kolessar was another person. Koert was intoxicated at the time, troopers added.Koert was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
