State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on two crashes probed by troopers this week on Schuylkill County roads.

A one-vehicle crash occurred about 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, along SR501 in Pine Grove Township. Troopers said Lisa Marie Dagostino, 46, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2005 Ford F250 truck southbound when she lost control while rounding a left-hand turn. The truck began to skid and eventually went off the road and down an embankment.Dagostino was not injured but a passenger, Rebert Lee Dagostino, 43, same address, sustained a minor injury but did not require immediate medical attention.A one-vehicle crash occurred about 3:03 a.m. Friday, April 27, along SR183 in Cressona. Troopers said Christopher M. Fessler, 26, of Minersville, was driving a 2009 Ford Escape southbound and negotiating a curve when the vehicle continued straight and onto the berm where the right front impacted with a utility pole. Fessler was not injured but the Ford had to be towed from the scene.Troopers cited Fessler for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
