ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Members of the Tamaqua Beautification Assocation (TBA), Tamaqua LEO Club, Tamaqua Girl/Boy Scouts and Coal Region Militia volunteer group spent many hours over the weekend cleaning various areas of downtown Tamaqua as part of the Schuylkill Keep It Pretty (S.K.I.P.) program. Kevin Steigerwalt, association president, and Tamaqua Borough Manager, stated his appreciation for all who came out to help make Tamaqua a cleaner place. Noah Russell, 13, volunteers his time to spruce up the area around the Tamaqua train station.
