A domestic dispute involving a Carbon County couple has led to a charge of harassment.

State police at Fern Ridge said Jacqueline Annette Capobianco, 35, and Ali Philip Capobianco, 51, both of D1, Indian Mountain Lakes Apartments, Penn Forest Township, were involved in a verbal argument about 10:12 p.m. on March 25.Troopers said Ali Philip Capobianco allegedly struck Jacqueline Annette Capobianco in the chin. He was charged, troopers said.
