A Summit Hill man was charged after he assaulted a woman.

According to Summit Hill police, on Jan. 7, officers received that an assault had occurred. It was discovered that the party involved was Jeffrey Tee, 22, of 50 W. Ludlow St.He was charged with simple assault and harassment.
