State Route 248 will have single lane travel restrictions between State Street and Center Street, Parryville, next week for overhead bridge work on the Lehigh River bridges.

Westbound will be single-lane today until 5 p.m.Due to the construction, motorists traveling northbound on I-476 between the Lehigh Tunnel and Mahoning Valley (exit 74) Interchange should be prepared for reduced speeds and slow moving traffic between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on the new Lehigh River and Pohopoco Creek bridges.Fines incurred in work zones will be doubled.
