They have cited the following folks for nontraffic offenses:Heather Colon, 18, of 520 W. Columbus St., Shenandoah, faces three counts of harassment after an incident which took place at 6:50 p.m. May 27 on the 300 block of E. Abbott Street; Joseph Tessitore Jr., 31, of 114 E. Ruddle St., Coaldale, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:30 p.m. June 11 on the 200 block of E. Patterson Street; Michael Knies, 89, of 326 E. Abbott St., Lansford, was charged with discharge of a firearm within the borough limits at 1 p.m. July 3 on the 300 block of E. Abbott Street; a 17 year-old male from Coaldale was cited for harassment at 1:34 a.m. June 25 on the 300 block of E. Bertsch Street; Tanya Schmidt, 40, of 40 E. Abbott St., Lansford, was charged with violating the borough's dog ordinance at 4:52 p.m. June 24 and at 8:48 p.m. July 4 at her residence; a 16 year-old male from Coaldale was cited for underage drinking, public drunkenness, and a curfew violation at 1:10 a.m. June 5 on W. Patterson Street; Nicole Allard, 23, of 323 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:50 p.m. June 23 on the 300 block of E. Bertsch Street; Christine Ritter, 24, of 305 Race St., Tamaqua, and Karen Mantz, 43, of 533 E. Patterson St., Lansford, were charged with disorderly conduct after a fight near 534 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, at 1:34 a.m. July 7.Police also charged the following people with traffic violations:Ruben Rolon, 21, of 631 E. Patterson St., Lansford, was charged with driving under suspension at 8:30 p.m. June 22 at Patterson and Powell streets; Jessica Ensel, 24, of 717 E. Patterson St., Lansford, was charged with driving under suspension and driving without a license at 2:50 p.m. April 29 at Patterson and Tunnel streets; Thomas Bilsak Jr., 22, of 407 Center St., Jim Thorpe, was charged with careless driving and driving under suspension at 2:55 p.m. June 3 on the 200 block of W. Ridge Street; Garry Goodhile, 46, of 208 W. Hazard St., Summit Hill, was charged with driving under suspension (DUI-related), driving without a license, and failing to obey traffic-control devices at 4:14 p.m. June 10 at Patterson and Springgarden streets; Christopher Crook, 22, of 14 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, was charged with driving under suspension, failure to stop for a red signal, operating a vehicle without a registration, and required financial responsibility at 12:28 p.m. June 11 on the 200 block of E. Patterson Street; Cecilia Wessell, 27, of 213 W. Abbott St., Lansford, was charged with failing to obey traffic control devices at 11:32 a.m. June 15 at Centre and Bertsch streets; Debra Furey, 45, of 103 E. Fell St., Summit Hill, was charged with failing to obey traffic control devices at 12 p.m. June 15 at Tunnel and Bertsch streets; Edward Melnick, 21, of 32 W. Water St., Coaldale, was charged with driving under suspension at 8:45 p.m. June 13 at Springgarden and Water streets; Brandon Brideson, 25, of 419 Skyline Drive, Lehighton, was charged with careless driving and duty of driver on approach of an emergency vehicle as a result of an accident on E. Patterson St. at 3:16 p.m. June 13; Paul Walck Jr., 43, of 144 W. Patterson St., Lansford, was charged with failing to obey traffic control devices on Tunnel and Patterson streets at 8:38 p.m. June 17; Cody McNulty, 20, of 238 Village Walk Drive, Macungie, was charged with failing to obey traffic control devices at 6:30 p.m. July 5 at Coal and Patterson streets.
