Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the following pending driving under the influence (DUI) arrests.

On Monday, Feb. 28, about 1:38 a.m. officers responded to a accident along Valley View Drive in Blakeslee. Police determined a vehicle operated by Danielle Gvoth, 36, of Blakeslee, struck a parked vehicle in front of her residence. There was extensive damages to both vehicles, police said.A passenger with Gvoth, Tiffany Manzo, 36, of Kunkletown, was injured and transported to the Pocono Medical Center (PMC), East Stroudsburg, for treatment.Gvoth was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest for suspected DUI. She was taken to PMC for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results, police said.Also on Monday, about 11:30 p.m. officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on SR940. Police followed by vehicle for a distance and made a traffic stop along Stoney Hollow Road in Tobyhanna Township.The driver was identified as Daniel P. McGuinness, 48, of Blakeslee. He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken to the PMC for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results, police said.
