We reorganized the office, the council, and the planning committee. Now we are going to straighten out the procedures on zoning." McGuire also went on to state that this meeting is the starting point to get everything together. The Zoning Hearing Board will continue reorganizing the committee at future meetings.Over the past year the Borough Council has been reorganizing the committees to help keep borough business in order. Along with the Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board, the committees have been reorganized into the Emergency Services Committee, the Administration, Finance and Building Committee, and the Public Services and Utilities Committee. These committees meet every month and are open to the public. There is a spot open on the Zoning Hearing Board and the Administration Committee will be interviewing possible candidates at next weeks meeting. After a new candidate is selected, Johnson wants to get all new and current board members together to look at the guidelines and work on a new structure for the board.
