Barlip and the three other defendants came into the home.Hunsicker suffered an injury to the head when he said he was struck by the gun by Barlip. Hunsicker testified at a preliminary hearing in the case that Nahf asked him where "money and drugs were."Nahf told police at the time of his arrest that he did not have a gun but admitted having a baseball bat.Ryan Dillman pleaded guilty on Aug. 31 to robbery, as a felony two, and was sentenced by Serfass to serve one day less one year to one day less two years in the county prison.Because of an extensive prior criminal record, Serfass deferred sentencing Nahf and ordered the adult probation office to prepare a presentence investigation report.
