A Pottsville man was cited for "huffing" outside a Schuylkill County mall.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said about 5:28 pm.. on Sunday, Sept. 26, James E. Marconis Jr., 22, was found on the sidewalk outside the former Value City Department Store in the Fairlane Village Mall, in Norwegian Township, in what appeared to be an intoxicated condition. Found in his possession was a 10-ounce can of "dust off".Marconis told troopers he purchased the can from a store in the mall and had been "huffing" the can's contents for about 30 minutes prior to the arrival of troopers.Marconis will be charged with sale or illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances under the state drug law.
