Lansford police have filed non-traffic citations against the following people:

Michael Curry, 22, 249 E. Patterson St., Lansford: Harassment on Aug. 11 at 10:15 p.m. on W. Bertsch Street; Brian Binder, 30, 252 E. Bertsch St., Lansford: Disorderly conduct on July 20 at 7:48 p.m. on E. Bertsch Street;Sutia Alston, 28, 38 E. Water St., Lansford: Harboring a dangerous dog, confinement and housing of dogs not part of a kennel, applications for dog licenses, license certificates, and disorderly conduct on June 12 at 4:37 p.m. at her residence; Leonard Usalis, 49, 318 N. Elizabeth St., Tamaqua: Scattering rubbish on July 8 at 8:47 p.m. near Dock and Ridge streets; A 14 year-old boy and a 15 year-old boy, both of Lansford, were cited for trespass and disorderly conduct as a result of an incident which took place on August 7 at 7:58 p.m. on E. Ridge Street; Evelyna Sanchez, 19, 223 W. Abbott St., Lori Anders, 37, 6 W. Bertsch St., and two juvenile females, all of Lansford, were cited for disorderly conduct on August 8 at 5 p.m. on W. Bertsch Street; Stacy Thomas, 31, 825 E. Ridge St., Lansford: Violation of the borough's motor vehicle nuisance for leaking an excessive amount of oil on the street on Aug. 23 at 12 p.m. on the 800 block of E. Ridge Street; Robert Moretti, 38, 340 W. Kline Ave., Lansford: Failure to obtain a license for his dog and failing to confine his dog at his residence on Aug. 9 at 7:48 p.m.; Stephanie Madden, 25, 340 W. Kline Ave., Lansford: Disorderly conduct for failing to control a dog at her residence on Aug. 9 at 7:48 p.m.
