Boxes are usually packed on a Thursday, beginning at 9 a.m. The Second Harvest truck delivery of commodities (which needs to be unloaded) usually takes place on the last Thursday of the month. Lions Club members are reminded of this service project. Openings exist for the parish council and finance committee, Our Lady of the Angels Academy school board and the OLOAA finance committee. The only requirement is a desire to perpetuate the Catholic school. It is not necessary that those serving in the school capacities have a child at OLOAA.Anyone interested in the positions is asked to contact the Rev. James Burdess, pastor.
