A Delaware driver was arrested and jailed for driving under the influence (DUI) along Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said troopers were called regarding an erratic driver traveling northbound in West Mahanoy Township about 6:35 p.m. on Sunday, June 20. Troopers located the driver at a McDonald's restaurant at the Schuylkill Mall off of I81.He was identified as Robert Alan Tinsley Jr., 26, of Middletown. He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was taken into custody and charged. He was arraigned before duty District Judge Carol Pankake, of Tremont, and committed to the county prison in Pottsville in lieu of $25,000 percentage bail.
