The conditional use application of James L. and Julia M. Saeger for a dwelling unit for temporary occupancy by a family member was the subject of a duly advertised public hearing before the Polk Township Supervisors, preceding the regularly scheduled Board meeting Monday.

After the presentation of five township exhibits, one Saeger exhibit and testimony by the couple as to the building's use and size, and the township solicitor's reminder of all of the regulations included in the situation, as well as the assurance of the zoning officer that parking was "adequate" and the plan's sewage issue being before the DEP, the hearing was closed, with the solicitor reminding all that the supervisors had 45 days to issue a decision.However, the board opted to approve the application during the regular meeting, subject to various conditions.The Supervisors also acted on several other property matters, including giving a 3-0 approval to the final lot line adjustment plan of Robert E. and Tracy L.
