Rush Township police report the following arrests.

Korey and Kyle Wronski, both 20, are facing underage drinking charges and James Wronski, 21, is facing a charge of furnishing alcohol to minors. All are from Mahanoy City and were at Neipherts Dam on April 8 at 4:44 p.m.Paul Yanac, 18, Hazle Township, is facing charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and trespass along with three juvenile males from the Hazleton area, who are facing trespassing charges after being found near the High Bridge in Hometown on April 8 at 5:52 p.m.Bonnie T. Shigo, 25, of McAdoo, is facing misdemeanor retail theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy charges after stealing 10 pieces of clothing valued at $64 from Walmart on April 9 at 2:40 p.m.Also, Vena M. Partlow, 29, of New Hampshire, allegedly stole a total of 13 pieces of clothing valued at $102.60. Police also found several needles and spoons for injecting heroin.Partlow was arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer, Tamaqua, on the drug paraphernalia charges, along with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy, police said.
