Due to last week's inclement weather, St. John's Lutheran Church, South Ave., will continue to have the nativity display available to the public. The doors of the church will be open from noon to 5 p.m. and refreshments will be served. There will be approximately 150 nativities on display.Caroling

Members of the Ebenezer E.C. Church, Centre Ave., will be spreading Christmas spirit to the shut-ins, widows, widowers and friends, by caroling on Saturday, Dec. 19. They will be making their singing tour approximately 2:30 p.m.Children Meet SantaSanta will make his annual visit to the Diligent Fire Comp. Centre Ave., on Saturday, Dec. 19, from 1 to 3 p.m. Children up to the age of 10 are invited to come and visit with Santa.Olde Tyme Christmas CelebrationOn Sunday, Dec. 20, beginning at 5 p.m. the Sunday School of St. John's Lutheran Church, South Ave., will be celebrating Christmas. The festivities will begin with a covered dish meal in the social hall of the church, complete with a birthday cake for Jesus. Following the meal, an old fashioned Christmas carol sing-a-long will take place. The children of the Sunday School will then present their recitations and entertain with any other "hidden" talents they may have. Pastor Muhr will also have a "children's time."
