There will be a Diamond luncheon on Friday, March 8 for women of of Trinity Lutheran Church who are 70 years and older, at Luther Hall.
Following the luncheon, there will be a fashion show featuring clothing from the Trinity Thrift Store.
Store volunteers, Trinity congregants, and customers will model the fashions.
The fashion show is being held to raise awareness of the thrift store and to remind the community that all proceeds from clothing sales benefit the Trinity Food Pantry.
Kay Patterson is supervisor of the Trinity Thrift Store.
Clothing can be dropped off for resale during the store's hours of operation, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays; and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays.
"We'll be putting out the summer items in the near future," said volunteer Virginia Crowther.
"We're in need of men's clothing and shoes for men and women."
