After one year, the dust has all settled and Fairway Chevrolet in Hazleton is proud to invite local consumers to check out a new dealership experience.

A visit to the recently upgraded dealership provides a look at the inviting exterior facade with its updated signage, a bright showroom featuring a customer greeting station, a comfortable lounge offering a Star Bucks coffee station, flat screen TV and free wireless Internet access.

"We've looked at the customer experience from all viewpoints, and the facility updates we've made cater to our customers' needs to provide the best dealership experience," said Jim Corazza, dealer principal for Fairway Chevrolet.

Fairway Chevrolet invested over $1 million to make the significant improvements to the dealership.

Customer comments speak to the success of the revitalized dealership experience, which enhance a higher standard of customer convenience and service satisfaction.

"It has been an extremely pleasant experience having my car serviced at Fairway Chevrolet," said one local customer.

Chevrolet plans to have 80 to 90 percent of all Chevrolet dealerships complete the facility image program by 2014.

Chevrolet owners in the Greater Hazleton area and surrounding communities also count on trained technicians, GM's five year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty, the best coverage in America, and the safety and security of On Star.

Fairway Chevrolet will hold a grand reopening celebration at its dealership along Route 309 North from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20. In conjunction with the grand reopening, a push-pull drag event will also be taking place.

An $1,848 minimum trade will be offered to anyone trading a vehicle, regardless of condition, toward the purchase of any pre-owned vehicle in stock from now until Sept. 29.
