A reported access device fraud and theft incident is being probed by state police at Schuylkill Haven.

Jill Armenise, 38, of 1097 Long Run Rd., Pine Grove, Wayne Township, reported someone got her personal information and opened numerous accounts in California with the information. The unknown criminals then made two purchases at a Victoria Secret site totaling $732.55. The incident occurred on Nov. 6.Harvey Heckman, 49, of Schuylkill Haven, reported someone arrived at his property, located at 1493 Schuylkill Mountain Road, in South Manheim Township, and removed a 3D McKenzie deer target from the yard. The theft occurred sometime between 5:15 a.m. on Nov. 15 and same time on Nov. 16.Bret Maley, 36, of 64 Schuylkill St., Cressona, reported someone spray painted black lettering on his sidewalk. The incident occurred sometime between 3:30 and 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17.
