Residents of the Mahoning Valley were treated to a welcome and beautiful sight this weel when hundreds of flocks of geese passed over on their annual migration north. Many old timers agree this is the true sign of the beginning of spring and not the word of some groundhog in Punxsutawney who is wrong most of the time anyway.
