The Carbon County Central Labor Chapter will meet on Monday, July 16, at 7 p.m. at Lengyel's Restaurant, located at 83 W. Catawissa St. in Nesquehoning.

Guests for the evening will be Matt Cartwright who is the Democratic Candidate for Congress in PA-District 17 which includes Carbon County.Also attending will be Jane Slusser, Regional Coordinator for the Obama Campaign.Meetings are open to union members both active and retired who live in Carbon County.To learn more about the Chapter, contact President Terry Whiteman at (610) 379-0162.
