Rush Township police have identified the driver of a Dodge Ram pickup truck involved in an accident on Marian Avenue Sunday afternoon.
Jarred Foilweiler, 22, of Quakake, was driving the truck at 3:45 p.m. when he lost control and struck an embankment. The truck rolled over.
Foilweiler will be charged with driving under the influence (DUI) as well as other charges after a breath test indicated a .126 percent blood alcohol content.
