A Summit Hill man was charged after police saw him operating a motor vehicle without a license.

According to Summit Hill Police on May 4 an off-duty officer observed Frank Nelson Miller, 33, of 122 E. Holland St., driving a vehicle. It is known by police that Miller does not have a driver's license.Charges were filed against Miller for habitual offender, drivers required to be licensed and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.
