Ben Stermer tossed a two-hitter, striking out eight batters, to help lead the Franklin Township Hurricanes to an 8-1 win over the Upper Mount Bethel Muckdogs.
Stermer had a perfect game through four innings as the Hurricanes improved to 4-1.
Brandyn Gates hit a home run for the winners.

Travis Labyack went 4-for-4, scored four runs and had a stolen base to help the Towamensing Township Yankees outscore the Bushkill Township Patriots, 12-11.
The Yankees (2-2) actually trailed 10-2 before mounting a comeback and winning the contest with a run in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Kyle Kersting had two hits and knocked in two runs for the winners while Jesse Reiss added two hits and an RBI. Dan Haney earned the pitching victory.

Greg Wierzbicki earned the win in his first start of the season as the Pleasant Valley Pirates slipped past the Allen Township Warriors, 4-3.
Wierzbicki went the distance, allowing just six hits while working around three PV errors.
Eddie Cruz had a hit and knocked in two runs for PV, who improved to 2-4.

Salisbury scored two runs in the top of the seventh to come from behind and top Lehighton, 4-3.
Freshman standout Jacen Nalesnik continued his hot hitting, as he belted a solo-homer in the sixth to give Lehighton a late-inning lead.

Salisbury's Zach Harper tossed a perfect game on Saturday and helped his team beat Lehighton 10-0 in the second game of a double-header.
Harper recorded six strikeouts in six innings of work. Teammate John Wisser drove in four, while Tyler Kuhns and Colby Kulig knocked in three and two runs respectively.

Down by one run heading into its last at-bats, Tamaqua tied the game and later plated three more to defeat Pine Grove in legion play, 8-5 in eight innings.
Mike Streisel singled in Chris Pilla, who led off the seventh with a double, to tie the game at five.
An inning later, Jay Pilla, Chris Pilla and Ty Rother each knocked in a run in succession via a walk, sac-fly and single respectively.
