Marilyn Frable of Kunkletown, standing, prepared four easy and elegant appetizers for the Western Pocono Women's Club presentation. She made Herbed Yogurt Cheese, Bacon and Carmelized Onion Stuffed Potatoes, Chicken Italiano Appetizers and Coffee Cake Croutons for all the ladies to sample. She said that when doing a spread of appetizers for entertaining, the variety should include crunchy/creamy, raw/cooked, hot/cold and savory/sweet. Marilyn teaches several cooking classes at Northampton Community College. Left to right, WPWC members, Jo Valentine, Pat Walker and Carol Esdale were very eager to try the Chicken Italiano Appetizers.
