Getz's Farm, Albrightsville, will be the site of a Horse Show to benefit Special Olympics of Carbon County. this Sunday, Sept. 4. Rain date is Sept. 5. The event begins at 9 a.m. and continues throughout the day. There will be a Chinese auction, various horse show events, and many food items for purchase. Show prizes will be announced in the afternoon.

Special Olympics is the world's largest program of sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. It currently serves more than 2.5 million persons with intellectual disabilities in more than 180 countries.
