A Schuylkill County man is facing more criminal charges following an incident that happened last December.

State police at Frackville said Kyle Charles Kaminsky, 39, of Gilberton, was picked up on an active bench warrant on Dec. 3.Before being processed into the county prison, Kaminsky turned over a small amount of controlled substances he was possessing to avoid being charged with contraband.As a result of that incident on Thursday troopers obtained a warrant for Kaminsky charging him with two counts of possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine and oxycodone; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.He was arraigned on the charges before District Judge James Reiley of Pottsville. Bail was set at $15,000, 10 percent. He was returned to the county prison where he is being held on other charges.
