A Lansford woman had her probation revoked by a Carbon County judge while a Summit Hill resident was removed from the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program recently.

Marley Geusic,28, Lansford, had her probation revoked on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on petition of county adult probation officer Clifford Eckhart for violating conditions by testing positive for controlled substances which violated the zero-tolerance condition, failing to submit to scheduled drug screens, failing to make an effort to pay court costs, failing to complete drug and alcohol treatment and failing to perform 25 hours of community service.Judge Joseph J. Matika resentenced her on Feb. 7 to serve two to six months in the county prison with credit for 31 days already served.Christopher Porambo,31, of Summit Hill, was removed from the ARD program by Matika on a DUI charge on petition of Eckhart for violating conditions by failing to pay court costs and failing to perform 50 hours of community service.His case was placed on the next available trial list.
