A Carbon County man was cited for an incident in Weissport.

State police at Lehighton were called to the Weissport Park, located at Franklin and Bridge streets in Weissport, about 10 a.m. on Wednesday for a report of a man who was under the influence of alcohol in the park.On scene, officers found Anthony Ray Hartranft, 47.Troopers said he caused a disturbance to neighbors by using offensive language loudly. He was cited for persistent disorderly conduct.
