State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a tire-slashing incident that happened between 8 p.m. Sept. 21 and noon Sept. 22 at 323 White St., Bowmanstown.

The victim is a 25-year-old man, who reported someone slashed a tire on his vehicle.
