Carbon County commissioners on Thursday voted on the following items:

• Approved the renewal of an agreement with Delta Dental of Pennsylvania for the county for Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2018. The county's administration fee will be $5.10 per enrollee a month, which is an increase of $0.20 cents per enrollee a month.• Approved a proposal from Witmer Public Safety Group Inc. of Coatesville for the purchase of uniforms and accessories for the sheriff's department staff at a total cost of $18,265.50. Three companies were contacted for the purchase and two submitted proposals before the deadline, while one was disqualified for a late submission. The items will be purchased through the Pennsylvania Costars Cooperative Purchasing Program.• Approved a proclamation recognizing September as National Recovery Month in Carbon County.• Hired Paul J. Kattner of Jim Thorpe and Tara A. Skrimcovsky of Jim Thorpe as county caseworker I's in Children and Youth Services, effective Sept. 26.• Hired Brittani L. Thompson of Lehighton as a part-time dispatcher/trainee, 911 Communications Center, effective Sept. 12.• Approved the court appointment of Shawn M. Jones of Summit Hill as domestic relations officer I, effective Sept. 26
