Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin has placed two people on probation.

Ryan Hasara, 43, Mahanoy City: Charged by Mahanoy Township police with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a communication facility on Aug. 25, 2015.Baldwin placed Hasara on probation for 18 months, ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service, and to pay court costs and fees.The delivery charge was dropped.Lauren Ritchie, 39, Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct on June 26, 2015.Baldwin placed Ritchie on probation for 12 months, ordered her to have no contact with the victim and complete the domestic batterers program. He also ordered her to perform 10 hours of community service, and to pay court costs and fees.Charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were dropped.
