Shortly before noon Tuesday Franklin Township police were dispatched to a cell tower at 475 Rock Road when employees at the site discovered the theft of several rolls of wire. The scene is in a very remote area of the township with numerous no trespassing signs at the main entrance. The tower can be seen from throughout the Lehighton area.
