A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on Sunday at 11:46 a.m.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to the area of 1548 County Park Road in Gilbert, Monroe County.On scene a 33-year-old female from Gilbert reported that Christopher W. Herdman, 57, of Gilbert, came outside his residence with just a towel on and purposely dropped the towel, exposing his bare rear to the victim. She also reported two young children were playing in the area at the time.Troopers have charged Herdman with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
