Someone used the identity of a Saylorsburg man to open a phone account, and police want to know who it was.

The identity thief used the name and information of the 57-year-old Chestnuthill Township man to open the account, which was discovered at 4 p.m. Dec. 28, state police at Fern Ridge said.
